It follows Olympic standards – 20kg weight, 2200mm length, and can handle up to 1500lbs of load without permanent bending. Its versatility comes from the knurling pattern and sleeve construction.
The shaft features dual knurl marks (Weightlifting and Powerlifting) just like our Turtle Bars, along with a center knurl to improve grip and stability during heavy back squats. The sleeves are fitted with our proprietary bronze bushings, offering a moderate spin to support cleans and snatches effectively.
