Waitlist:  

  • If a product is out of stock, you may join the Waitlist by entering your email/phone number.

  • Once the product is back in stock, you’ll be notified immediately so you can complete your purchase.

Pre-Order: 

  • If an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is displayed on the website, you may secure your product by placing a Pre-Order with 100% advance payment.

  • The ETA shown is an estimate. Actual delivery may vary by ± 5 days due to operational or logistics uncertainties.

  • Once the pre-ordered product arrives, it will be processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy timelines.

Important Notes:  

  • Pre-orders are prioritized and shipped before general stock becomes available.
