Warranty Terms
Warranty may be voided for any product damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
Manufacturing defects
Manufacturing defects do not cover wear and tear of the product during the normal course of usage, including but not limited to deterioration of finish or coating, corrosion or rust due to improper, faulty, or negligent use.
Lifetime Warranty
BullrocK fitness will warranty this product from defects in material, functionality, and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase and lifetime warranty against bending which does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use including but not limited to the abusive dropping of the bar, i.e. dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, or excessive dropping with iron plates, and similar usage. Any specific issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Avoid abusive use and keep your bar healthy.
PLATES WARRANTY
Manufacturing defects
Manufacturing defects do not cover wear and tear of the product during the normal course of usage, including but not limited to deterioration of finish or coating, corrosion or rust due to improper, faulty, or negligent use.
Olympic Cast Iron Plates
BullrocK offers a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects for Olympic Cast Iron Plates. Warranty does not cover any improper use, finish wear, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear with respect to time. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and it is non-transferable. Cast Iron Plates shall not be dropped onto concrete, asphalt, or any other hard surface that is not protected by platforms or thick rubber mat like shock-absorbing surfaces designed for its intended use. Not following the so will result in a loss of warranty. Similarly, Overhead Dropping of Olympic Cast Iron Plates is not recommended and will also result in loss of warranty protection.
Black Bumper Plates & Color Bumper Plates
BullrocK offers a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects for 25KG/20KG/15KG/10KG Bumper Plates and a 1-year limited warranty on 5KG Bumper Plates. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, normal wear and tear (Note 5KG plates are not meant to be dropped alone on a bar, and doing so will void the warranty). The warranty applies to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Bumpers shall not be dropped onto concrete, asphalt, or any other surface not protected by platforms or thick rubber mat surfaces designed for its intended use; else, it will void the warranty. Bumper plates should also never be dropped with non-bumper plates weighing over 5kg. Dropping BullrocK Bumper Plates with other brand plates less than 450mm diameter will void the warranty.
Urethane Plates
BullrocK offers a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects for Urethane Plates. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, or normal wear and tear. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Plates shall not be dropped onto concrete, asphalt, or any other surface not protected by platforms or thick rubber mat surfaces designed for its intended use. Overhead Dropping of Urethane Plates is not recommended and will result in loss of warranty protection.
Fractional Plates
BullrocK offers a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser & may not be transferred. Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
